A Seussical Birthday!

I sat down tonight to post Easter pics but I could not, would not, didn't want to miss.....posting pics of my sweet little nephew's 1st birthday party!!!

Unfortunately, Maguire didn't sleep too well with all the excitement, so I spent a good portion of the weekend chasing after him:)  I don't have too many pictures to show but I did get the best part at least...the cake smash!!!

And the Easter Bunny (aka Grandmas!!!!) came to visit the boys early!!

You can just see how busy this little dude was!!!  He was all over the place!  And once he found those cookies...he was off!!!!

Day at the Park

Still playing a little catch-up over here!  Just want to post a few fun pics from a fun day spent with Grammy and PaPa we had recently!

These eyes make me melt!

Mr. Man got to experience the hot tub for the first time!  I can just hear him now begging to get in there constantly like all the other grandkids do!  It's the first place he heads every time we go out back at Mom's now!

Then we headed off to the park to take a walk and play on the playground!

He sure loves going down the slides.....

But the swings are probably his favorite!!!

 Oh what fun we are having enjoying this gorgeous weather!  I can't wait to see what all will be in store for us this summer!

A couple of weeks' recap!

Hello again!  I've been busy with all sorts of this, that, and the other the past couple of weeks and haven't taken the time to blog!  Luckily, I've still been trying to capture some of our fun moments here and there so I've got a few {ok, LOTS} to show off! 

We went through a week or so where Maguire wasn't loving his bathtime.  I'm not sure why but luckily he seems to have gotten over it!

We also got to watch our beloved Jayhawks go all the way to the National Championship!!!  This was so awesome!!!  We got most of the gang together to watch the Final Four and had a great time, like always, with all of our friends!  Maguire got to play like a big boy with his buddy, JJ!  It was so cute watching them interact!  I LOVE this part of watching him grow up!  I had to laugh...at one point JJ says, "Mommy, he's not sharing with me!"

Pillow thief!  Riley didn't think that was cool at all!

And...that's where the pictures stop, the kids went to bed, and the drinking and nerves began!  Yes, please!

We're also love, love, loving this Spring weather!!  Maguire would play outside all day if we'd let him!  {I can't really say I'm looking forward to the blazing heat of the summer and having to go outside...but hey, anything for this boy!!!}
